1. Board Process
Currently, there are many types of boards available in the market for all-aluminum homes, and their processing techniques are largely similar. However, for the same type of board, the forming process remains identical. Hualv Home's all-aluminum furniture production currently mainly uses three types of boards: first, welded solid boards; second, PVC insulated boards; and third, honeycomb boards.

A. Welded Solid Boards are primarily formed by extruding 6063-T5 aluminum billets through molds to create hollow welded solid boards. Our company (Hualv Home) offers welded solid boards in various specifications such as 300, 350, 400, 450, and 500. Subsequently, these specifications of welded solid boards are made into cabinets according to customer requirements using laser welding machines.

B. PVC Insulated Boards consist of aluminum sheets on both sides with PVC insulation material in the middle, laminated together in a high-temperature and high-pressure workshop. PVC material itself is an environmentally friendly material that is green, free of formaldehyde, and releases no odors. This type of filling material can also be found inside refrigerators and washing machines.

C. Honeycomb Boards share a similar principle with PVC insulated boards, but the PVC material in the middle of the insulated board is replaced with aluminum foil. The use of adhesive is inevitable for these two types of boards. However, Hualv Home uses exclusively food-grade PUR hot-melt adhesive for these boards. This type of adhesive is widely used in various industries such as food packaging and bookbinding.

2. Surface Treatment Process
The surface treatment processes for Hualv Home's all-aluminum furniture mainly include two types:
A. Lamination Process
The lamination process for all-aluminum furniture is no different from that of traditional panel furniture. Both involve applying PVC film or real wood veneer film onto all-aluminum boards using laminating machines in high-temperature and high-pressure workshops. The laminated all-aluminum furniture products have a tactile feel similar to real wood furniture and lack the cold sensation of metal.
B. Spraying Process
The spraying process for all-aluminum homes mainly uses electrostatic powder spraying. Compared to the lamination process, this surface treatment is more environmentally friendly, but the user experience is not as good as that of the lamination process.
3. Installation Process
The installation of all-aluminum furniture differs slightly from that of traditional panel furniture. Mainly, the installation of the back panel of all-aluminum furniture requires adding an end groove. Secondly, the connection between all-aluminum furniture boards primarily uses the traditional panel furniture's three-in-one connection method. In addition to the three-in-one connection, Hualv furniture also uses U-groove connections and two-in-one connection methods.
Overall, all-aluminum homes are not very different from traditional panel furniture. However, the requirements for measurement, design, and craftsmanship are higher. Some techniques cannot yet achieve the same level as wooden furniture with the current technical capabilities of the all-aluminum home industry.
